• Our Rental bike cannot be drop-off. Please return the bicycle to our shop by 6pm on the day of use.
• If you require a drop-off service, you can use the return service provided by WAKKA. For charges and reservations, please check for details yourself at the website below.

• A charger is available at no charge for guests who use electric bicycles for at least two days. Please charge the battery at your hotel.
• Please contact us if you need to cancel your booking or change your arrival time. If more than one hour has elapsed from the scheduled time without contact, the booking will be deemed cancelled and you may be charged for the use of the service.
• Our rental bicycles are not equipped with chain covers, so please refrain from wearing wide bottomed bottoms and shoes with exposed toes. Our staff reserves the right to refuse use of the bicycles if we deem them to be dangerous.
• We provide free lockers so that you can enjoy cycling light. If you have large luggage that does not fit in the lockers, we will be happy to store it at the counter.
• Helmets are available free of charge.
